Trellis Travel
Branding and web design for Trellis Travel

The Challenge
Ashley Stevens, owner and luxury travel advisor at Trellis Travel, specializes in custom vacations, small ship and river cruises, and luxury guided tours. We worked together to refresh her business's visual identity and website to elevate her online presence, attract high-paying clientele, and establish her position in the luxury market.
When Ashley started her travel business, she DIY'd her logo in Canva and was stuck with outdated, unprofessional branding that did not reflect her expertise. She was using a placeholder website from her host travel agency that was not user-friendly or consistent with her brand.
Busy booking clients and planning custom trips, she let her business branding fall to the wayside. Ashley realized that she needed to uplevel her brand to inspire returning and new clients and to grow her business. Her website needed a major glow-up to attract sophisticated luxury travelers.

The Solution
With Ashley's vision in mind and my understanding of luxury branding, I developed her new timeless, strategic visual identity and website to reflect her commitment to her clients and the art of luxury travel.
We simplified her logo, using the original font Ashley preferred. I also developed a logo badge variation to guarantee consistent brand representation across all platforms. The badge incorporates a vine element–an ode to her business name and the vines that grow on travel across a trellis–that can be used on other digital touchpoints. The color palette employs a rich green complemented by black and ivory, evoking a fresh, classy, organic feel. Typography choices are refined, legible, and subtle.
Once we established her visual branding, we completed her new website, which showcases desirable destinations and shines a spotlight on her travel planning specialties. The revamped and integrated Trellis branding, identity, and website are designed to invite new inbound inquiries, demonstrate Ashley’s expertise and passion as a luxury travel professional, and inspire her existing clients to take exciting and customized new journeys.
